В балете важна дисциплина. Каждая, даже самая маленькая деталь — в руках, пальцах, теле, ногах — имеет значение. Это огромная работа мозга: выполнять port de bras (движения рук по позициям) в музыку, контролируя пальцы, руки и концентрацию. Для детей это колоссальный труд — но они справляются. А дальше будет только больше…

Discipline is essential in ballet. Every tiny detail — in the hands, fingers, body, and feet — matters. It’s an incredible mental effort: performing port de bras (arm movements through positions) to the music, while controlling the fingers, arms, and focus. It’s a huge challenge for kids — but they manage. And this is just the beginning…
