A-Ballet School class bookings and related school services

By using the website, booking a class, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

3. Who Provides the Service

3.1 School Lessons (A-Ballet School)

Depending on the class and teacher, lessons may be provided by:

Aliya Art Kft., and/or
independent instructors acting as sole traders (e.g., Aliya Tanykpayeva or Dmitry Timofeev, including KATA).

In such cases, the actual service provider and the invoicing party may differ. Your booking confirmation and/or invoice will indicate the provider where relevant.

3.2 Performances and Events (A-Ballet / Aliya Art Kft.)

Performances under the A-Ballet brand may be organised by Aliya Art Kft., and may take place at partner theatres/venues.

Tickets may be sold via:

the venue’s own ticket system, and/or
authorised ticketing partners (e.g., jegy.hu or similar), and/or
Aliya Art Kft. via this website (occasionally).

When you purchase through third parties, their terms (including refunds and fees) apply.

4. Prices, VAT, and Payments

Prices are shown in the displayed currency and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is processed through secure providers (e.g., Wix Payments / Stripe) and/or external ticketing platforms.
Transaction or service fees may apply and will be shown at checkout where relevant.

5. Class Bookings and School Rules

All class bookings are subject to the A-Ballet School Policy / School Rules, which form part of these Terms.
Key points typically include:

advance payment rules
cancellation / rescheduling rules
punctuality and conduct
dress code and safety requirements

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the School Rules regarding classes, the School Rules prevail.

6. Tickets, Events, and Refunds

6.1 Ticket Purchases via This Website (Aliya Art Kft.)

Unless stated otherwise for a specific event:

Tickets are generally non-refundable, except when an event is cancelled or materially rescheduled.
If an event is cancelled, refunds are limited to the ticket face value; processing fees may be non-refundable where applicable.
If an event is rescheduled, we may offer refund options depending on the event policy and practical constraints.

6.2 Ticket Purchases via Third Parties

If you buy tickets via a theatre/venue or a ticketing partner (e.g., jegy.hu), that seller’s terms and refund rules apply. Aliya Art Kft. cannot override their policies.

6.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, changes, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., government restrictions, strikes, severe weather, public health events, technical failures of venues, etc.). Where possible, we will provide alternatives such as rescheduling.

7. Webshop / Product Sales (If Applicable)

If the website offers products:

Product descriptions and images are illustrative; minor differences may occur.
Orders are confirmed after successful payment.
Delivery/pickup options and times are shown at checkout.

7.1 Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

Where Hungarian/EU consumer law applies, consumers may have a 14-day withdrawal right for goods purchased online, except for items that are personalised, custom-made, or otherwise legally exempt.

Dance is physical activity and may involve risk of injury. By participating (or by enrolling your child), you confirm that you/your child is medically fit to participate.
A-Ballet School takes reasonable safety measures; however, during off-site rehearsals and performances at professional venues, additional risks may exist beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (texts, images, videos, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to A-Ballet / Aliya Art Kft.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

10. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime caused by hosting providers, maintenance, or technical issues.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law.
We aim to resolve disputes amicably first. If not possible, disputes shall be handled by the competent Hungarian courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
