10. Ticket Sales & Refunds

Tickets are non-refundable, except in case of event cancellation by A-Ballet.

  • If cancelled, only the ticket price is refunded (not service/transaction fees).

  • If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.

This policy complies with Hungarian Gov. Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(l).

11. School Bookings

Bookings for classes and lessons are subject to A-Ballet School Rules, which include cancellation and rescheduling policies. By booking a lesson, you agree to follow these rules.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, etc.).

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Temporary website unavailability

  • Third-party service provider failures

  • Losses not caused by our negligence
