Advanced adult ballet classes in Budapest for adults and teens 14+ with a strong ballet foundation who are ready for more intensive training. WHO IS IT FOR? For dancers who confidently know the basic positions, can follow a full barre and centre exercises, and are comfortable with common ballet terminology. You do not need to be a professional dancer. Strong intermediate students may also join if they can follow the level of the class. WHAT YOU DEVELOP Technique, strength, flexibility, mobility, coordination, balance, stamina, precision, musicality, artistry and quality of movement. IN CLASS Classes may include full barre, centre, adagio, pirouettes, allegro, jumps, longer combinations, stretching and conditioning. Pilates, PBT, ballet gymnastics and floor exercises may also be included when they support the goals of the class. FOCUSED AND EFFECTIVE Training is structured to develop technique and physical ability together with musicality and artistry. Expect more speed, detail and complexity, while still receiving clear demonstrations, corrections and support. COMPLETE BALLET TRAINING The goal is to help you stay strong, mobile and coordinated while refining control, expression and quality of movement. LANGUAGE Classes are taught in English. Fluent English is not required. Exercises are clearly demonstrated and standard ballet terminology makes the class easy to follow. FIRST CLASS Wear comfortable fitted training clothes and bring ballet shoes. PERFORMANCES Regular students may have opportunities to take part in A-Ballet School performances when appropriate for the production and approved by the artistic team. READY FOR MORE?
