Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If A-Ballet or the instructor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled. If A-Ballet School cannot conduct a lesson, the cost will be refunded. No refunds are given for unexcused absences. With a valid reason such as illness, injury, or family emergency, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded. Lessons can only be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule, please email us at worldaballet@gmail.com with your name (or your child’s name), the cancellation date, and the reason. If you would like to reschedule, please specify the new date. For more details, please see the “School Rules” page.
