Ballet for Kids ages 7-10 at A-Ballet School in Budapest combines joyful learning with real classical ballet technique. Suitable for beginners and children with previous experience. WHAT YOUR CHILD GAINS Technique, posture, flexibility, strength, coordination, balance, musicality, focus, memory, discipline, confidence, creativity, artistry and stage presence. IN CLASS Classical ballet technique, barre, centre, jumps, stretching, ballet gymnastics, floor conditioning, coordination, musicality, artistic expression and stage preparation. FOR JOY OR FOR MORE Children can enjoy ballet for personal development, beauty and performance, or gradually prepare for more serious ballet training and future auditions for professional schools. Training becomes more structured at this age, while classes remain positive, creative and supportive. FEEL COMFORTABLE The teacher guides each child step by step and helps them progress without unnecessary pressure. Children learn to perform, express themselves, overcome shyness and feel more confident in front of others. WELCOMING & EASY TO FOLLOW Classes are taught in a clear, visual and supportive way through demonstration, music and movement. Children from different language backgrounds are welcome, and the teacher helps them follow the class with simple explanations and individual support when needed. PERFORMANCES Regular students may have opportunities to take part in A-Ballet School performances when the role suits their level and preparation and participation is approved by the teachers and choreographers. Children participating in school performances are required to pay the Annual School Performance & Costume Fee, paid once per school year. The applicable fee is communicated separately. Students who first join A-Ballet School from 1 February pay 50% of the annual fee. FIRST CLASS Comfortable clothes that allow easy movement are enough for the first lesson.
