Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy If A-Ballet or the instructor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled. If A-Ballet School cannot conduct a lesson, the cost will be refunded. No refunds are given for unexcused absences. With a valid reason such as illness, injury, or family emergency, the lesson will be rescheduled or refunded. Lessons can only be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You can cancel or reschedule your lesson in your account on the website worldaballet.com under the “Bookings” section. If you would like to reschedule, please cancel your lesson first and then book a new date. If you are a Member with a subscription, you may cancel it at any time directly in your account, but no refunds are given for unused lessons. For more details, please see the “School Rules” page.
