Adult ballet classes in Budapest for adults and teens 14+ who already know the basics and are ready to progress beyond absolute beginner level. WHO IS IT FOR? For students who know the basic ballet positions and can follow a simple barre. You do not need to be advanced. If you have never studied ballet before, choose Adult Ballet - Absolute Beginners. WHAT YOU GAIN Better technique, posture, strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, musicality, confidence, control and more graceful movement. IN CLASS Classes may combine barre, centre exercises, simple turns and jumps, Pilates, stretching, PBT, floor conditioning, ballet gymnastics, strengthening, port de bras and dance combinations. The content may vary to create balanced and effective training. PROGRESS WITHOUT PRESSURE The class moves beyond the basics while staying friendly and supportive. The teacher demonstrates clearly, gives individual corrections and helps everyone progress at their own pace. A BEAUTIFUL WAY TO TRAIN Develop your ballet while training the whole body. Technique, strength, mobility, coordination, music and movement come together in one focused class to help you feel stronger, move better and stay motivated. LANGUAGE Classes are taught in English. Fluent English is not required. Exercises are clearly demonstrated and easy to follow. FIRST CLASS Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. Bring ballet shoes if you already have them.
