Adult ballet classes in Budapest for adults and teens 14+ who want to start ballet from zero. No previous ballet or dance experience is required. WHO IS IT FOR? For complete beginners. Everyone starts with the foundations, so you do not need to worry about being behind, not being flexible enough or not knowing what to do. WHAT YOU GAIN Better posture, strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, coordination, body awareness, musicality, confidence and more graceful movement. IN CLASS Classes may combine ballet basics, barre, simple centre work, Pilates, stretching, PBT, floor conditioning, ballet gymnastics, strengthening, port de bras and simple dance movements. The content may vary to create balanced and effective training. START WITHOUT FEAR The teacher demonstrates everything step by step, gives individual help and creates a friendly, supportive atmosphere where everyone can progress at their own pace. A BEAUTIFUL WAY TO TRAIN Ballet brings together strength, posture, mobility, coordination, music and artistry. The goal is to help you feel stronger, move with more control and grace, and leave class feeling energized and motivated. LANGUAGE Classes are taught in English. Fluent English is not required. Ballet is highly visual, and exercises are clearly demonstrated. FIRST CLASS Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely. No special ballet outfit is required for your first lesson. PERFORMANCES Regular students may have opportunities to take part in A-Ballet School performances when appropriate for the production and approved by the artistic team. READY TO START?
