Tickets, Shop & Refund Policy – A-Ballet
Effective Date: August 2025
1. Ticket Sales
A-Ballet performances are produced by Aliya Art Kft. Tickets may be sold:

on the A-Ballet website,
-
through partner platforms (e.g. jegy.hu or similar services),
-
via the venue or third-party organisers.
When tickets are sold via external platforms or venues, their own terms may also apply in addition to this policy.
Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, and time.
Electronic Tickets
Electronic tickets may be presented in digital or printed form unless otherwise specified.
The organiser reserves the right to verify ticket validity and the identity of the ticket holder where reasonably necessary.
2. Refunds & Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organiser.

This complies with Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(l).

If an event is cancelled, the organiser may offer:

a refund of the ticket face value, or
-
a new date, voucher, or ticket exchange.

Service and transaction fees are non-refundable.
Changes to cast, programme, or schedule do not entitle the buyer to a refund if the nature of the event remains essentially the same.
Cast Changes
The organiser reserves the right to change performers, repertoire, programme details, production elements, schedules, or casting where reasonably necessary.
Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund provided that the essential nature of the event remains substantially unchanged.
Lost or Damaged Tickets
The organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, duplicated, transferred, or unauthorised copies of tickets.
3. Entry & Conduct

Latecomers may be admitted only at appropriate breaks.

Seats must be occupied as indicated on the ticket.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove visitors without refund for safety, legal, or behavioural reasons.
4. Photography & Media
Photo and video recordings may be made during performances.
By purchasing a ticket and attending, visitors consent to appearing in such materials for promotional and archival purposes.
Professional Recording Rights
The organiser reserves the exclusive right to make professional audio, video, photographic, livestream, broadcast, and promotional recordings of performances and events.
Unauthorised commercial recording, broadcasting, streaming, reproduction, or distribution of performances is prohibited without prior written permission.
5. Shop (Merchandise)

Products may be offered online as pre-orders.

No shipping is provided; items must be collected on-site at A-Ballet or at the designated location.

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Availability may change.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right for non-personalised, non-food products, starting from collection.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

personalised items,
-
opened or used goods,
-
food or drinks.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Return costs are borne by the buyer.
6. Liability
Aliya Art Kft. is not liable for indirect damages or losses.
Liability for products or ticket services is limited to the purchase amount.
