Anastasia Zaripova is a professional ballet dancer, teacher, choreographer and stretching coach with more than 25 years of stage experience and over 6 years of teaching.
Trained in classical ballet and shaped by a long professional stage career, she combines strong ballet tradition with an understanding of physical development, flexibility and safe training.
At A-Ballet, Anastasia works with children and adults, helping students develop technique, coordination, flexibility and confidence through clear, supportive and individual teaching.

HER ROLE AT A-BALLET
At A-Ballet, Anastasia teaches ballet and stretching, bringing together professional stage experience, classical technique and a thoughtful approach to physical development.
She focuses on building strong foundations while respecting the individual abilities and needs of each student.
Her teaching combines discipline with encouragement, helping students progress with confidence and enjoy the process of learning.
FOR STUDENTS AND FAMILIES
Anastasia has extensive experience working with children of different ages and levels.
For younger students, her lessons focus on posture, coordination, flexibility, musicality and the gradual development of ballet technique through safe and age-appropriate training.
For older and more experienced students, she helps develop stronger technique, body awareness, movement quality and stage confidence.
